If you're seeing red underline words in your posts then you didn't do enough editing before hitting that Submit button Wink

The idea is these words take some common spelling mistakes and highlight/correct them for you in a way that it is obvious to you when you Preview your post, so you can fix the mistakes ... you do Preview before hitting Submit right? Wink

Recently there seem to be a lot of posts with these words left unfixed - either people don't understand the purpose, or just don't care.
If you are in the former category - then now you know Smile
If you are the latter - start caring, because we do! Evil or Very Mad

I know I've mentioned this to a few people that are habitual offenders in the past too, with no improvement. I'm just going to start editing posts out.

I think just fixing their post isn't visible enough. Tagging their post with a note apparently makes them notice Laughing

There are a lot of lazy people lately, and I'm getting tired of looking at these posts. If you see red in your post, it's because you have a common misspelling.

Go back, edit your post, and put the two seconds of effort it takes into fixing it.

If you don't feel like going back to do this, you'll probably be retyping it.

A red underline word appearing in your post is the way the word should be spelled ... corrected from your misspelling, to help you correct it, without the use of spelling cow, or a dictionary, or any extra effort, ...

That's just in case anyone didn't get the memo Razz
